OS4X Release 2025-04-22 can be downloaded online from the website www.os4x.com/downloads, the OS4Xvirtual images and the Docker containers are updated.
Current changes are:
- OS4X Core:
- ⊕ New: A setting option for TLS Layer Security has been introduced (also implemented in the new OFTP2 SmartProxy).
- ↑ Updated: The John Deere public certificate for the OFTP2 security features is stored in an updated form when it is re-obtained.
- OS4X AS2:
- ↑ Improved: The automatically generated OFTP2/AS2 parameter sheet can optionally enable or disable the AS2 content.
- OS4X OFTP2 SmartProxy:
- ⊕ New: New configuration option via config files created for the proxy server and proxy client (ideal for SystemD environments).
- OS4X Enterprise:
- ⊕ New: Text variables for the current moment of plugin execution can be used in templates.
- ↑ Improved: The SCP upload plugin aborts an OS4X Enterprise job if the corresponding send queue entry has been manually aborted or deleted.
- ↑ Improved: Improved the readability of plugin execution times in job details by displaying large numbers (seconds) in human-readable durations (hours, minutes, seconds, etc.).
- ↑ Fixed: The Filemove plugin has received a fix for using memory allocation, which caused rare plugin crashes.
As the latest version of OS4X available, we recommend to update to this version as fast as possible.
