OS4X 3 Release 2020-09-29 can be downloaded online from the website www.os4x.com/downloads, the OS4Xvirtual images and the Docker containers are updated. Current changes are:

• OS4X Enterprise:
  • New handy functionality: Notifications for OS4X Webaccess user!
  • Single file download in admin interface via job details added.
• OS4X Core:
  • Deactivation of obsolete CA chain.
  • „We love logs“: All relevant logs now also contain the process name (including a meaningful translation as tooltip, if available). The column is optionally visible.
  • The send queue daemon reads in the partner configuration after an optional „sleep“ before initiating the session in order to keep up with edits which were done in the meantime.
  • Improved import of partner certificates: CA chain certificates are not allowed and an error message which explains this situation is displayed.
• OS4X install wizard:
  • DNS requests are eliminated, which were the reason of timeouts in the past.
  • The selected product generates an emergency key not for OS4X Enterprise, but the selected product.

As the latest version of OS4X available, we recommend to update to this version as fast as possible.
